Bre is a personal trainer of 2 years, but has spent her whole life as an athlete. After spending the majority of her post graduate work as a marketing professional, she was called to change her career after finding a passion in sharing her love for movement. In her eyes, movement is a gift and a necessity for lifelong health and mobility. Bre specializes in hybrid training, functional fitness, body recomposition and weight loss. She is super excited to help her clients build lifelong, sustainable movement routines and habits, as well as accomplish any fitness goals they may have.
